• Pre-Filing Payment Plan:
• File your bankruptcy case for just $475.
• Customize your payment plan to suit your needs. For example, some clients pay $100/month, $50 bi-weekly, or $25/week. We aim to keep your payments affordable.
• Post-Filing Payment Plan:
• After filing, pay a manageable $100 per month for the remaining fees over 12-14 months.
• Affordable Fees:
• Payments can be made weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
• Choose specific days of the week or dates for your payments.

Example Payment Plan:

Caitlynn, a single mother, faced financial difficulties during the COVID pandemic and used credit cards to stay afloat. She couldn’t manage the credit card debt and decided to file for bankruptcy. Caitlynn paid our firm $50/week until she reached the $475 initial fee. After filing, she paid $100/month for 14 months, setting up automatic payments on her payday.
